Steel Grating System
Our steel grating system suits high-impact and heavy-load applications in commercial and industrial environments. We supply full sheets in various sizes, with some sheet sizes already pre-galvanised. We also offer a fabrication service, such as cutting and banding the grating to suit. With our galvanising service, we can typically turn a completed black steelwork and have it ready to send in two to three weeks.Â

We provide an in-house cutting service, with our workshop fully equipped with sophisticated cutting processes and fabrication techniques. Non-standard sizes and finishes are available. Our team is always ready to provide technical support and design recommendations.

Pattern B has the load bars spaced at 30 mm centres. The twist rod is spaced at 50 mm. Pattern D has the load bars spaced at 40 mm centres. The twist rod is spaced at 50 mm centres. Please enquire for availability.
Our mild steel grating load bars comply with AS/NZS 3679.1:2010 grade 300.
Plain or serrated available.
- Black (untreated/raw) finish.
- Hot dip galvanised finish to meet AS/NZS 4680.
